Hello! and in those immortal words from the Truman show...'Good morning, and in case I don't see you good afternoon, good evening and goodnight'... I hope you are having a great day and that your plans are starting to come together. Now you're on to the 'biggie'... finding the right celebrant for you...so....without further ado, let me tell you a little bit about myself...I have been a celebrant since 2011, and can honestly say that I have found my true vocation! Having won the National TWIA 2019 Celebrant of the Year award and been selected as a Small Business 100 winner for 2019, I feel so lucky to have had my hard work recognised. In my day job I mainly cover the East Anglian region, but I also travel all over country and into Europe delivering fun, laughter filled (and obviously bespoke) ceremonies. From welcoming a new addition to the family, to the renewal of precious marriage vows... I work with my couples and families as we create the perfect ceremony, incorporating everything from spiritual to religious beliefs if desired. There is no restriction anymore, anything and anyone goes... and my passion shines through. From our first face-to-face meeting, (or if distance is an issue, our first Skype meeting) you will get to see the real me. I can honestly say that I am grinning as we start to discuss your requirements for your big day.Most couples give me a blank canvas, but it doesn't take long for us chatting away to build a picture of the perfect ceremony. From processional music ideas, to readings, to how you want to tell your other half just how much you love them...We build on this together!I always conduct a practice for Wedding and Commitment Ceremonies, to ease nerves and discuss the choreography for the day, before delivering the ceremony in a fun, warm and inclusive way. (I even provide the tissues for your guests).Every script is printed and gifted in a presentation box along with a certificate and a little goody bag as a reminder of a wonderful day. With a portable amp and mics (if required), I can play recorded music anywhere and will always be heard, even in the remotest of places.I love a challenge, let's create something together that no one else has ever seen, let's celebrate your unique love in a way that it deserves. From a very happy couple.. We found Michelle on Google, although Michelle's website mentions her amazing awards and achievements, our main reason for wanting to meet her was the little video. We immediately warmed to, and liked this lovely bubbly, friendly person coming out of the screen, feeling she would be just right for us. We had absolutely no hesitations about having Michelle be our celebrant, as soon as we met her, we just knew she would do an amazing job, filling us with complete confidence, the ceremony was certainly something we didn't need to worry about. There was never a doubt in either of our minds about having Michelle be with us for our special day, it wasn't even something we needed to discuss, we both knew. Michelle shared our complete excitement for the day! She spent so much time finding out about us, both as a couple and separately, to enable her to give us such a personal experience. There is so much to love about Michelle, She was bubbling over with enthusiasm just as much as us!! And fun and friendly, sensitive, hard working. We loved how fun and relaxed Michelle was, and how she put us completely at ease, this was going to be great! We would highly recommend Michelle, to anyone looking for a celebrant, for any occasion, infact we cant recommend highly enough!! A deeply warm, friendly, wonderful person, who works so very hard, in making everything just right for you. Our wedding was done during covid, with very limiting factors and numbers, but even this was dealt with brilliantly and diligently, ensuring everyones safety came first. You were such a huge, MASSIVE! part of our day. From the moment we met you we knew you would be perfect for us, and you really were, you did such an amazing job for us, everyone said they had never been to such a lovely ceremony, and that was down to you, we really couldn't have asked for more..also, I may have ended up in my t shirt and jeans if you hadn't been there to dress me ...we will always have such lovely fond memories of you on our day, we knew you would be fab, but you surpassed even how good we thought the ceremony would be!... people are still messaging me about you ... We actually can't thank you enough, and will be forever grateful to have found you xx

From a very happy couple...The Kings. Woodhall Manor, Suffolk Feb 2020 Well what can we say about Michelle, she was professional and comical throughout. Knowing Michelle whilst in the police service I knew she was the one to conduct our ceremony. She came with brilliant reviews and boy she didn't disappoint. Planning: From start to finish Michelle listened to our every word, Michelle and Kevin (our photographer and Michelle's Husband) even visited our place of engagement to get a proper feel of what we were after. We asked for a Bletchley Park / 1940s / World War II themed wedding and that is certainly what we got. Michelle's planning ideas were the bigger the better with crosswords and sing a longs even being thrown around we knew it was going to be an incredible ceremony. To the smallest details of even finding out the postage cost on our wedding certificate to make it that authentic, no job was to big or to small. Ceremony: The ceremony had a warming and delicate feel to it. Michelle's voice was soothing and excited when needed, she knew her script and was brilliant at throwing banter from time to time ad hoc. The idea of a crossword made our ceremony funny and different and this was exactly what we were after. It was truly a tailored experience we would not have got elsewhere. We would highly recommend Michelle for anyone looking for a ceremony with a difference. We cannot put in words how outstanding she was. We wish we could do it all over again.

WOW what a wedding! Michelle made us laugh and cry. We smiled all day. Our guests were involved as much as we were. She kept the whole wedding service fun and bright!! Cant thank her enough!!!

Absolutely adore Michelle. She was our wedding celebrant in August and created an amazing, funny, personal ceremony. Our guests were involved and laughed, cried and got drunk! It was truly special and was my favourite part of the day!

We found Michelle on the blog of someone who had got married at the venue we had chosen. We were immediately drawn to her because of her super cool retro style. After watching Michelle's videos on her blog we were pretty confident she was the wedding celebrant for us but as we chatted on skype we knew that she was exactly the right person to marry us. We wanted our Wedding to be fun and relaxed and we knew Michelle would bring this to the day. Working with Michelle was an absolute joy! She is a really warm and fun person who clearly loves what she does. She really took the time to understand what we are about as a couple and crafted us a really beautiful personal and creative ceremony influenced by Star Wars, Harry Potter and involving a Hand-fasting, ring warming, our Mums and our Niece and Nephews! On the day the ceremony and wedding itself was better than we ever could have imagined and Michelle was a huge part of creating that. Just by bring her joyful and fun personality to our day! Michelle stayed on to be our Mistress of Ceremonies and she made sure that everything ran smoothly whilst still making everyone feel comfortable. I would absolutely recommend Michelle to anyone who is getting married and especially to anyone who is looking for something that is unique and personal. My mum passed away in May and had decided on a direct cremation without a service. I wanted to hold a celebration of life service and after much research chose Michelle. This lady is amazing! She came to my house to find out all about mum. She then did her own research about when and where mum was born. Michelle also asked for a list of mum's favourite songs as she would bring her music system to the service. We had decided to have the service on the beach to scatter the ashes and then on to the Weeley Bowling green for a buffet and drink as they have a lovely back room. On the day of the service the heavens opened so we decided to have the service at the pub rather than the beach. Michelle was fine with this even at short notice. She was waiting at the pub when we arrived and she looked so glamorous! She helped arranged chairs and where pictures should go. She then did the most amazing personal speech about my mum! About her life, her loves, her likes dislikes. My mum would of loved it. She then played mum's songs and chatted to all of the guests. Everyone said how lovely she was. As a gift she gave myself and two sisters a lovely copy of the service. Later the sun came out so we all went off to the beach to scatter mum's ashes. Thank you Michelle for making mum's day amazing.

If you want a wedding ceremony everyone will remember for the right reasons - Michelle (the funky celebrant) is the celebrant for you! Michelle puts the funk in funky. Her quirky ideas and the ability to really understand the couple and ask the right questions allowed her to provide us with such a personal and touching service but with the right amount of humour. She has great ideas to distinguish your ceremony from others so it doesn’t feel like “just another wedding”. She worked with us to get the best out of our day. Would highly recommend - all our guests loved her and we loved her!

We had met with other celebrants while we were planning our wedding, and weren't sold. We knew we needed someone to officiate our ceremony, but hadn't clicked with anyone, and crucially, didn't feel like anyone got quite what we were after. We found Michelle on google, and her website and social media got our hopes up! We were on holiday at the time, and rang Michelle who was incredibly friendly and warm. She spoke with my wife and I, and both of us immediately knew we'd found who we wanted to be our celebrant! Michelle was fantastic in the build up to the wedding, meeting us near our home after that phone call, and went through everything we needed to know, she was honest and gave us an idea of a structure which was completely customised for us. At no point did it feel like we were just another wedding, it felt like everything was put together and built from the ground up just for us. Her advice was incredibly helpful, and when she arrived for the rehearsal ceremony the day before the wedding, it felt like Mary Poppins had arrived! She calmed nerves, put our planning stress into perspective and completely changed a stressful atmosphere into an excited one. On the day, the ceremony was absolutely perfect. It was completely different to anything we'd seen before, and the feedback from our guests was that it was incredibly special and personal. We loved Michelle being our celebrant, and that amount of little unique personal touches were too many to count!

Michelle performed a corporate celebration to help us celebrate 10 years of The Business Womans Network - it was awesome. Well thought out, went brilliantly with the cake that Michelle and the bakers worked together on, a great atmosphere, the perfect length, inspiring and had a few of us in tears at all the amazing things that our 10 year old company have achieved. Highly highly recommend for a corporate show to really celebrate your company, your team and your customers.
