We have been awarded with the the Healthy Choice Award, by Brighton & Hove City Council, which certifies that our business supports its customers by offering healthy food choices, based on healthy cooking methods and ingredients.Our recipes and experience come from our family background, who own a traditional restaurant in a small village near Alicante in Spain. We recently had Crocus provide their fantastic Paella at our sons christening. The staff were fantastic from booking, the event itself and leaving the area clean and tidy. Most importantly the food was absolutely delicious! Highly recommended!

What an amazing team! Nick & Yana and their team are so friendly, super professional, and make phenomenal paella! We were so happy to have them cater for our wedding and the whole team were so helpful, communicative, flexible and were such a fantastic part of the whole day! Couldn't recommend higher! X

The Crocus Paella team are helpful, courteous, communicative and most importantly provide some quality and tasty food. They helped us provide the exact service we wanted at our wedding (dinner for 140 people) and we can't speak highly enough of them and how they acted throughout the whole process. We would recommend them for any party/ wedding/ function that you are hosting.

Amazing food, we had a corporate event with 150 people, Crocus Paella did an amazing job, everyone loved the food and the service was excellent. Happy to book again. Can def recommend!

We recently used Crocus Paella for our festival style wedding. From start to finish it was amazing. We had the pleasure of talking to Jenny in the office, she was really personable & her communication was excellent. They catered for vegan, gluten free, no dairy, nut allergies & crohn's, to name just a few of our dietary requirements & information on this was really thorough. George lead a team on site, cooking up a storm. Every time I looked over, they were always smiling & interacting with our guests. We had so many compliments on the paella/tapas & the portion sizes were huge, great value & perfect to line our stomach's for the night ahead. The new Mrs & Mrs Burton-Flint cannot recommend Crocus Paella enough. 10/10!!

We had our wedding at the end of June this year. Crocus provided street food catering and it was amazing! All of our guests commented on the generous portion size and how good each of the paella options were. The communication in the run up to the wedding and on the day was great. The team there on the day were really friendly, we would definitely recommend Crocus!
